The Law Office of Sherri A. Affrunti, LLC was established to help all sizes of businesses and executives in a variety of industries navigate their employment law and accessibility concerns more economically to better suit their business needs.  The smaller platform allows for legal services not only to be more economical, but also to be more pragmatic and creative. 

Affrunti Law assists businesses and professionals to appropriately handle a wide spectrum of issues that arise in today’s workplaces, including through the provision of regular employment law advice and compliance counseling on matters related to hiring and background checks, employment contracts, family and medical leave requests, workplace accommodations, employee disciplinary actions, employment terminations, restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, wage/hour and wage payment, workplace policy development, policy updates and multi-state harmonization, policy implementation, severance arrangements, mass layoffs and business restructurings, and plant closings.  In addition, Affrunti Law regularly supports businesses by performing preventative workforce training, workforce incident and harassment investigations, and employment due diligence in business transactions, and the Firm provides legal and strategic guidance and training for business compliance with ADA Title III accessibility matters and state law compliance with product and service accessibility concerns.  When litigation cannot be avoided, Affrunti Law partners with businesses and employers to evaluate and resolve litigation demands pre-suit, and otherwise effectively defend agency charge matters and other lawsuits.
